Secretary
Joyce will be serving DD&BCF as Secretary. She is an RN and a graduate of Skidmore College. Joyce has served on different Boards in Bergen County, NJ. She resides between LBI and the west coast of Florida. She has 2 sons. Her friendship with Dave is a new one,as they met while Dave was in the midst of his cancer battle. Joyce’s newest hobbies include sailing, snorkeling and paddle boarding!
