Metta Yoga is honored to offer accessible and supportive yoga to oncology patients, their families, and caregivers through our partnership with David’s Dream
& Believe Cancer Foundation. Our instructors are not only certified in traditional yoga practices but also trained in trauma-informed and accessible yoga, enabling
them to adapt every class to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Whether practiced standing or sitting on the mat, every session is designed to offer safe, gentle movement, mindful breathing, and moments of stillness. We strive to
create a welcoming space where patients and their loved ones can find comfort, connection, and healing during every stage of treatment and recovery.
