Dr. Vincent Ruiz, Ed. D., LPC

FOUNDER of H-hour LLC
I serve as a therapist, coach, and consultant through my business, H-hour LLC. H-hour is where I lead my team and clients by challenging their beliefs as a therapist, coach, and consultant. Providing world-class therapy is the cornerstone of my professional practice. My passion is to continue practicing medicine and coaching diverse clients by helping them create improvements and alternatives to their most complex mental health, wellness, and organizational performance tasks.
 
I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wilmington University, a Master of Arts in Counseling from Kean University, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Stockton University. I served in the United States Army from 2002 to 2014, where I was deployed four times. I am a Bush Scholar, completing the 2019 Stand-To Veteran Leadership Program at the George W. Bush Center in Dallas, Texas.
 
I love spending time with my wife, Mary, and daughter in my off time, volunteering for Veteran initiatives, hiking, CrossFit, and ultra-endurance events.  

Brooke Sikorski, LCSW Clinical Director

As clinical director of H-Hour Counseling, I focus on working with adolescents and adults struggling with their behavioral health. I share the commitment with the
perspective that every individual presenting for therapy deserves quality treatment adjusted to their needs, wants, and goals. My focus is to work alongside individuals
and help them establish personal satisfaction and growth. I value the profession’s future and strive to establish this foundation in early career clinicians. I pride myself
on never asking someone, whether a client or supervise, to do something I am unwilling to do myself. I received my master’s in social work degree 2007 from Rutgers University and obtained my full clinical licensure in 2010. My 17 years of experience in the mental health field as a senior administrator, therapist, and clinical supervisor have empowered me to foster environments that meet the needs of my team, clients, and supervisors. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my husband, cheering on my kids from the sidelines of their games, and getting up and out early with my dog, Molly.

H-Hour is located at 142 East Bay Avenue in Manahawkin.
