“In 2022, a few days before my 24th Birthday, I was diagnosed with stage 3 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. At this age, I planned for just about everything but cancer. I knew my life was going to be different from that moment on but not exactly sure in what way. Let me tell you, cancer has been the most humbling experience of my whole life this far, and I am sure it will be for the remainder of my life. However, in those moments of fearing the future, not only for your health but financially, you still have hope. You hope that everything works out and because of foundations like David’s Dream and Believe, everything works out. Not Bringing in any income, on top of the never-ending medical bills, it felt impossible to overcome.
