Rich Visotcky is the father to Richard Louis and grandpa to Franklin. He has resided in Stafford Township for many years and has enjoyed the LBI region his entire life. He received his B.A. from West Virginia University and his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall School of Law. Rich is the owner of Kelly & Visotcky, LLC law office and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the Supreme Court of the United States. Prior to his legal career, he has worked in law enforcement with the Bergen County Narcotics Task Force, Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, and the Drug Enforcement Administration Task Force.

Rich’s prior community activities include Chairman of the Stafford Township Planning Board, Commissioner on the Stafford Township Business Park, President of the Southern Ocean Rotary Club, Board member on the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce, and member of the Stafford Twp. First Aid Squad. He is currently a member of the Beach Haven Moose Lodge in Manahawkin  

The mission of the DDBCF in providing hope and assistance to those suffering with a cancer diagnosis is very close to Rich’s heart. He has been a proud supporter of DDBCF since attending the very first Cruisin’ for a Cure event is honored and proud to serve on the DDBCF Board of Trustees.
