Lauren’s involvement with David’s Dream & Believe is a personal one and predates the creation of the foundation. As David’s cousin, Lauren closely followed David’s extraordinarily harrowing but courageous battle with Stage IV Head & Neck Cancer and was deeply affected by the dedication he had to helping others almost immediately following his diagnosis. Lauren is honored to serve as a Trustee of DDBCF and is continually inspired by both the families affected by cancer, and the selfless members of the community who continually show up to help.

Lauren lives in Franklin Lakes, NJ with her husband John and daughters Helena and Charlotte.  She is the managing member of Komsa Law Firm LLC, a boutique law firm in Bergen County that focuses on commercial transaction and commercial litigation.  She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and California.
