Stacey Kavanagh of Jackson, NJ, is the First Vice President and Market Manager with Provident Bank. As a Market Manager responsible for developing new businesses in Monmouth and Middlesex Counties, Stacey works closely with companies to meet their financial needs while building a referral network of accounting firms, law firms, and trade associations to source new business. Stacey oversees five branches in Monmouth and Middlesex County, NJ, and is responsible for sales management, operational proficiency, coaching, and staff development. With over 25 years of experience in financial services, Stacey is President of Provident Women, an employee resource group dedicated to the professional & personal growth of women within Provident Bank and the community. Stacey provides advancement opportunities through education, networking, and financial literacy in this role. She is also a member of Provident Bank’s diversity council. Stacey believes strongly in giving back to the community. Stacey is a Board Member of the African American Chamber of Commerce of NJ Foundation and the Ocean County College Foundation. In addition, she participates in helping small businesses across the country through the Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership. Stacey was honored by Hometown Heroes USA in 2020 for her contributions to the community.
