Rich Visotcky has resided in Stafford Township for over 45 years and has enjoyed the LBI region his entire life. He received his B.A. from West Virginia University and his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall School of Law. Rich is the owner of Kelly & Visotcky, LLC law office and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the Supreme Court of the United States. Prior to his legal career, he has worked in law enforcement with the Bergen County Narcotics Task Force, Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, and the Drug Enforcement Administration Task Force.

Rich’s prior community activities include Chairman of the Stafford Township Planning Board, Commissioner on the Stafford Township Business Park, President of the Southern Ocean Rotary Club, Board member on the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce, and Stafford Twp. First Aid Squad member. He is currently a member of the Beach Haven Moose Lodge, and a member of the Ocean County and NJ State Bar Associations.

Rich is a proud father to his son, Richard Louis, and grandpa to Franklin. The mission of the DDBCF is remarkably close to Rich’s heart. He has been a proud supporter since attending the very first Cruisin’ for a Cure and is honored for the opportunity to serve on the DDBCF Advisory Board
