Matt is currently responsible for developing client relationships on a National & Global basis. He focuses predominantly on the Fortune 1000, with a specialty in Financial Services. He has a manageable number of accounts, as his mission is to remain closely involved and make sure our clients receive the total suite of services Willis Towers Watson has to offer. Matt has a dedicated team of twelve (16) under him to service and support his clients.

Matt’s former role was in the firm’s Executive Risks Practice (Professional Liability & Fidelity business) where he was responsible for that business.

Matt has over 25 years of insurance brokerage experience. Matt has focused on the client relationship side since early 2006. He joined the Executive Risks Practice in February 2004, where he served as Financial Services Team Leader and lead broker until December 2005. Matt spent the previous 7 years with Aon in their Financial Services Group. Previous to brokerage, Matt worked for 7 years with Chubb in their Department of Financial Institutions. When Matt departed from Chubb, he was the Mid Western Regional Manager for Professional Liability and Fidelity business. He is a frequent speaker on many topics relating to management liability insurance products.

Matt was recognized by Risk & Insurance Magazine as a Power Broker in their inaugural issue. He was also recognized by Reactions Magazine as a Rising Star in 2008. He is a frequent speaker on Management Liability related topics. Matt is a 1990 graduate of Denison University, B.A. Spanish.
