Elle Hartigan (Bailey) has a rich corporate and business communications background, with a strong focus on public relations and advertising. She grew up & graduated HS in Lacey Township, NJ, with her Family. After graduating from Rhode Island College with a BA in Corporate / Business Communications & Minor in Public Relations / Advertising, she deepened her roots in Manahawkin NJ with her Husband Anthony, where they bought their first home over 12 years ago.

Elle was introduced to David through her years working for the Team at Informed Mortgage. Elle & her Husband Anthony have participated in numerous events for David’s Dream & Believe over the years & most notably the November (Movember) Let It Grow Campaigns. Elle is an Account Executive with Holman, Inc., where she hones in on her relationship building & liaison skills. Elle has always been a connector of people, organizations, & planned giving.

The personal impact of cancer on her and Anthony’s lives, particularly with the loss of Anthony’s mom, Theresa Hartigan who lost her courageous battle in 2022, has deepened their
involvement with DDBCF. Elle’s new role as an Advisory Council Member reflects her passion for fostering relationships and supporting individuals and families facing cancer diagnoses.

The Hartigan’s are incredibly excited for Elle to join as an Advisory Council Member & look forward to continued connections with people around them & DDBCF to help continue
providing light to individuals & families that are affected by a cancer diagnosis.
