As a Fascial Stretch Therapist, I help release tension and improve mobility by gently opening and lengthening the connective tissue (fascia) that surrounds muscles, joints, and organs. I am trained through the Stretch to Win Institute, the gold standard in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), and hold a Level 2 Certification. I bring over 4 years of experience in the stretch industry to every session. For cancer patients, this work can be an essential part of a comprehensive treatment plan – before, during, and after chemotherapy and radiation. Tumors can cause the surrounding fascia to become stiff, resulting in areas of tightness and discomfort. Facial stretching is a holistic approach that works on the entire body to soften and hydrate the tissue, improve circulation, and promote more effortless movement. This supports the body’s ability to stay balanced, relaxed, and resilient during the healing process. I am honored to partner with David’s Dream and Believe Cancer Foundation and help provide the care and support for those on their healing journey, as well as caretakers who may also feel stiff, sore, and need to relieve stress.
