As an Independent Team Beachbody Coach, Jennifer is the liaison between this online streaming fitness app and the patient, their family, and caregivers. This app provides online access to complete fitness programs for any body type and any fitness level that can be completed anywhere; in the privacy of your home, on the road, anywhere that you can stream. This provides the patient with a way to stay active during & after treatment, when getting out to a facility may not be an option or their preference. Through the app, access is provided to World-class programs including, but not limited to yoga, cardio, dance, strength & more. You can also download workouts for offline use.

As a Coach, Jennifer is available to the patient for any questions or assistance as they work their way through the programs. As a 5-year survivor of Triple Negative breast cancer, Jennifer knows the importance of health & fitness during your cancer journey and is passionate about sharing this with other patients & survivors.

Jennifer has previously served as a Patient Advocate for DDBCF and is the Founder & member of a survivorship group known as “Survivor Sisters” that meets via social media as well as locally in Ocean County.
