Lou is the owner of Landguard Title Services located in Manahawkin, NJ. He grew up spending his summers in Ship Bottom, NJ and now he, his wife Jackie and 3 children continue to embrace the Long Beach Island region as his family did from many years ago. Lou first learned about DDBCF through friends from Equity Prime Mortgage, where they reached out to help gather sponsorship and to help raise awareness for the program. After getting involved on a small scale by sponsoring a few events, Lou finally met with David when his 12-year-old son Dominic, a national USAC quarter midget race car driver wanted to get involved and help a charity through his racing, Lou immediately thought of David Caldarella. After meeting with David and learning so much more about DDBCF and how special the program was, the 2017 “Racing for a Cure” blossomed and Dominic helped raise funds as well as awareness by collecting donations, passing out stickers and flyers in each state and track he raced throughout the season, surpassing his financial goal.
At the 2017 Island Gala, Landguard Title Services, announced that they would join the “Mission Of Hope” Giving Partners to help raise awareness and much needed funding for this incredible program. Lou and his staff at Landguard are extremely proud and honored to be part of David’s Dream & Believe Cancer Foundation.
