Jillian was born and raised on Long Beach Island and earned a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management at Widener University. After college she went on to work for Compass Group at Stockton University as an assistant director of food service. She now oversees and operates with her family their Long Beach Island restaurants, Panzone’s Pizza in Surf City and Panzone’s Pizza & Pasta in Beach Haven which her parents started in 1980. She serves as the President on the board of directors for the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce and is an active committee member of Chowderfest and David’s Dream & Believe Cancer Foundation (DDBCF’s) Cruisin’ for a Cure. From DDBCF’s inception the Panzone Family along with Jillian’s husband Todd and son Cole have supported the Foundation. Jillian rode in the first Cruisin’ for a Cure with her father, Frank – who lost his battle with cancer six months later in 2012. Jillian knows and understands firsthand the trials and tribulations that go along with a cancer diagnosis and understands how precious life can be.
