I have resided in Ocean County since 1982. First, moving to Toms River after growing up in North Bergen. Upon meeting my wife, Michelle, we settled in Manahawkin in 1995 and truly love the shore life. I was in the civil engineering field for over 20 years working for both Ocean & Monmouth county engineering firms. When our son Domenick was born, I left the business world to concentrate on raising our son. I have been involved with other community based groups; Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Ocean County and the Sunrise Optimist Club of Freehold.
I met David by accident after learning there was a classic car event on LBI and being a classic car owner, I was surprised I was not aware of this event. It was the inaugural Cruisin for a Cure in 2013. I drove over to LBI to meet David in the pouring rain and had the opportunity to meet him and Tim. In an instant, I knew I had to be more involved. The rain that day kept a lot of the classic cars away but it brought us together. I haven’t missed one yet and I offered my assistance in other fundraising events for the Foundation.
Our son Domenick is very involved with Generation Dream and has been a member since its inception.
It’s with great honor and humility I serve on the Board of Directors of such a fantastic foundation helping those stricken with this terrible disease.
